1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Thiza, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Thiza is an AI-powered tool that helps teachers convert printed marksheets into editable spreadsheets. You may upload images or PDFs, review extracted data, and download results in Excel format.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service: no uploading of malicious files, no attempting to access other users' data, no reverse engineering, and no using the service for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the marksheets and data you upload. By uploading, you grant Thiza a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your student data to train AI models.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing occurs according to the plan you select. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Thiza is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, AI extraction may occasionally contain errors. Always review extracted data before relying on it. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
