Thiza is operated by Boipuso Investments (Pty) Ltd, trading as Thiza. This refund policy applies to purchases of Thiza subscriptions.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Thiza subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date, for any reason.

3. How to request a refund

Our order process and customer payment service are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at nhlanhlamsima@gmail.com with your order details and we will forward the request to Paddle.

Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Subscription renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or through Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After the 30-day money-back window, renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we will consider reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis through Paddle.
