1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address, school name, and display name when you register. When you upload marksheets, we process the images and store the extracted data so you can access it later.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to provide the service: convert marksheets to spreadsheets, store your subjects and marksheets, and generate downloadable Excel files. We also log activity events (sign-ins, uploads, exports) for security and to help you monitor usage.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your marksheet data is only accessible to you (and authorised administrators for support purposes).
4. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete subjects and marksheets at any time. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it by law.
5. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security on the database, and authentication-protected API access.
6. Your rights
You may access, update, or delete your personal information through your profile page. To request a full export or deletion of all data, contact us at nhlanhlamsima@gmail.com.
